Ms. High concentrates her practice in the areas of Employment Law, Civil Rights, and Governmental and Public Officials Liability. In addition to regularly litigating 42 U.S.C. §1981; 42 U.S.C. §1983 and employment claims in both state and federal courts, Ms. High represents employers before state and federal agencies, routinely handling Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and other employment claims.
Ms. High has experience developing employment policies and handbooks, and frequently advises employers with respect to human resources issues and employment law claims. In addition, she provides in-house training for employers and assists with internal investigations.
