Thus far, 2020 has been a year of challenges and change. Since COVID-19 hit, employers have been faced not only with concerns about how to deliver their goods and services to customers, and maintain the financial livelihood of their businesses, the safety of their employees, and new leave issues associated with health and childcare concerns.
