Congratulations to Chris Solop and Lynn Patton who secured a significant win for a subcontractor client following a week-long arbitration in San Francisco, California.  The client’s claims included scope of work issues, extensive delays and disruptions, and changed work on a federal renovation project performed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  Lynn and Chris prevailed on the majority of the subcontractor’s claims, plus interest, and defeated all counter-claims by the prime contractor.
